Our Refund Commitment

At StrongFlow AI, we stand behind every automation we build. Our goal is simple: deliver a working, fully tested automation that meets the scope agreed upon — or we make it right.

We operate on a "no payment until it works" principle for discovery sessions and final deliverables. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds apply across our service plans.

✓  Every automation is fully tested before handoff. We don't deliver until it works — that's our standard.

Discovery Meeting — $19

📅Discovery Meeting Refund Policy

The $19 Discovery Meeting fee covers a dedicated 30-minute strategy session with a member of our team. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours in advance — Full refund, no questions asked
  • Cancellation within 24 hours — 50% refund ($9.50) or full credit toward any setup plan
  • No-show without notice — No refund; session can be rescheduled once within 7 days
  • Session completed — Non-refundable, but the full $19 is credited toward any setup plan purchased within 14 days

★  The $19 fee is always credited toward your setup plan. It is never "lost" — it becomes a discount on your build.

Setup Plans — $39 / $49 / $69

Setup Plan Refund Policy

Our setup plans are project-based, one-time fees. Because we invest significant time, tooling, and expertise into building your automation, the following refund terms apply:

  • Before work begins (0–48 hours after purchase) — Full refund, no questions asked
  • Work in progress (build started, not yet delivered) — 50% refund if you cancel before delivery
  • After delivery & walkthrough — Non-refundable; revision rounds apply (see below)
  • Non-delivery by StrongFlow AI — Full refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline with no resolution offered

🔄Revision & Correction Policy

If your delivered automation does not perform as described in the agreed scope, we will correct it at no additional cost within the included revision rounds:

  • Starter Setup — 1 revision round included
  • Growth Setup — 2 revision rounds included
  • Scale Setup — Unlimited revisions during the build period

A revision is defined as a correction or adjustment to bring the automation in line with the original agreed scope. Changes to scope, new features, or requests outside the original brief are treated as new work and quoted separately.

📌 If a critical bug is found after handoff that was present at the time of delivery, we fix it free of charge regardless of revision rounds remaining.

What Is & Isn't Covered

Eligible for Refund or Revision

  • Automation does not trigger or run as agreed in the project scope
  • Integration with a specified tool fails with no workaround provided
  • We fail to deliver within the agreed timeline without prior communication
  • Duplicate payment or billing error on our end
  • Cancellation before work begins (within 48 hours of purchase)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after work has been completed and delivered
  • Issues caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot)
  • Requests for features or changes outside the original agreed scope
  • Failure to provide required access, credentials, or information causing delays
  • Dissatisfaction with results due to inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Automations broken by client-made changes after handoff

📝  All project scopes are confirmed in writing before work begins. We strongly recommend reviewing the scope document carefully prior to purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • The service plan purchased and date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to resolve all refund decisions within 5 business days.

✓  Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal processing times.
