Because StrongFlow AI provides digital, custom-engineered services (including workflow design, AI agent training, and technical implementation), we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. This is because our costs are primarily labor and time-intensive.
Once we have conducted the initial Kickoff Meeting and started the engineering phase for your Starter, Growth, or Scale setup, all payments are non-refundable. We allocate specific engineering hours and resources to your project immediately upon start.
Instead of a traditional refund, we offer a dedicated number of Revision Rounds (as specified in your plan) to ensure the system works exactly as agreed upon in our initial strategy. If a technical error occurs within our build, we will fix it at no additional cost during the handoff phase.
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues. Unfounded chargebacks are a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of all active automation systems and data access.
