By accessing and using the services provided by StrongFlow AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide AI-driven automation engineering, including but not limited to:

Starter, Growth, and Scale Automation Setups.
Custom AI Agent training and deployment.
Workflow Discovery and ROI Consultation Calls.

3. Payments & Billing (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the selected service. Transactions are final and will appear as "StrongFlow AI" on your statement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the specific workflow configurations built for your business belong to you. StrongFlow AI retains ownership of its underlying proprietary methodologies used to deliver the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, OpenAI, WhatsApp API). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
